Powerful, but has become too cluttered.
My team has used Asana for about a year to manage our content pipeline. The core functionality is solid – the board view is great for visualizing our workflow from drafting to publishing, and assigning tasks with due dates is simple. For high-level project tracking, it does the job. However, the platform has become incredibly bloated. The constant push for new features, endless notifications, and now the AI integrations feel like a distraction. It takes a lot of discipline to keep our workspace from becoming a chaotic mess. We find ourselves spending too much time managing the tool itself rather than our work. It's powerful, but the complexity is a major drawback for day-to-day use.
