Powerful All-in-One, But a Bit Cluttered
We've been using Bitrix24 for about six months to manage our entire client workflow, from CRM to project execution. Having everything under one roof is a huge advantage; we can convert a deal into a project with tasks assigned in just a few clicks. The Gantt charts and dependency features are solid for tracking complex deliverables. My only real complaint is the user interface. It's packed with so many features that it can feel a bit overwhelming and cluttered for new team members. A slightly more streamlined or customizable dashboard would make it a 5-star product for us. Overall, it's a very capable tool that has genuinely improved our team's coordination.

We've been on Bitrix24 for about eight months, and it's become the central hub for our operations. The best part is having our CRM and project management in the same place. We can convert a lead into a project, create tasks, and track time without ever leaving the platform, which has seriously streamlined our workflow. The dependency settings in the Gantt charts are also quite solid. The only real downside is the user interface. It can feel a bit cluttered and unintuitive at times, and new team members definitely face a learning curve getting started. If they could simplify the navigation slightly, it would be a near-perfect tool for us.
