Great for visualizing our growing team
As a fast-growing startup, our org chart was a nightmare of outdated spreadsheets. ChartHop has been a big improvement. Having a single, visual source of truth for our entire team structure, compensation data, and open roles is invaluable. I use the scenario planning feature constantly to map out future hiring and its budget impact, which helps us make much smarter decisions. My only small gripe is that the custom reporting tool can be a bit clunky to master. It's powerful, but not as intuitive as the rest of the platform. Still, it’s a massive improvement for our people ops.
