Incredibly Powerful, But Has a Steep Learning Curve
Our marketing team adopted ClickUp about 8 months ago, and it's truly become our central hub. We manage everything from campaign planning in the Gantt view to our content calendar on the Board view. The ability to create custom fields and statuses has been a big improvement for our specific workflow, letting us track assets from ideation to publication smoothly. We've managed to replace three other tools, which is a huge win. The only downside is the initial setup and learning curve. With so many features packed in, it can feel a bit overwhelming for new team members. A more streamlined onboarding experience would make it a perfect 5/5 for me.
