Follow Up Boss has been a big improvement for our team's lead management. We pull in leads from Zillow, Facebook, and our website, and the smart lists ensure someone responds within minutes. The automated action plans are fantastic for nurturing colder leads without manual effort, and our conversion rate has definitely improved since we implemented it six months ago. My only minor gripe is the mobile app. It’s great for calls and quick notes, but I wish it had the full reporting and administrative features of the desktop version for when I'm on the go. The 'Action Plans' are a lifesaver, ensuring every new inquiry gets an immediate, automated text and follow-up emails. Our speed to lead has improved dramatically. My only minor critique is that the reporting features, while good, could be more customizable. I'd love to be able to build more granular reports without exporting the data. Still, for centralizing and acting on leads quickly, it's an essential tool that has paid for itself many times over.
