A Powerful and Cost-Effective Acrobat Alternative
My company switched to Foxit from Adobe a few months ago, and I've been very impressed. The interface is intuitive, especially if you're used to Microsoft Office, so the learning curve was almost non-existent. I use it daily to compile reports from multiple sources, edit text directly in contracts, and run OCR on scanned documents. The performance is solid and it handles large, complex files without crashing. My only small complaint is that the commenting and markup tools, while functional, feel slightly less polished than Acrobat's—sometimes placing an arrow or a text box is a bit fiddly. But for the price difference, it's a minor issue. It's a fantastic tool for our business needs.
