Been using FreshBooks for about six months now and it's been a big improvement for my freelance design business. Creating and sending professional-looking invoices takes minutes, and I love the automatic payment reminders. The mobile app's receipt scanner for tracking expenses is also a huge time-saver – no more shoebox full of receipts. It's genuinely made the financial side of my business less of a chore and helped me get paid faster. My only small gripe is that the reporting features are a bit basic. As my business grows, I find myself wanting more in-depth analytics that FreshBooks doesn't quite offer. But for a solo operator who just needs solid invoicing and expense tracking, it’s fantastic.
