Gleap has been a big improvement for consolidating our customer feedback channels. We replaced three different tools with it. The in-app bug reporting with screen recordings is brilliant – our developers get exactly the context they need without endless back-and-forth. The integrated knowledge base is also solid for deflecting common questions. My only small gripe is that the public roadmap feature is a bit basic. I wish it had more advanced prioritization and filtering options like dedicated roadmap tools do. Still, for an all-in-one platform, the value is incredible. It’s streamlined our entire support and feedback process significantly.
