Powerful for Bug Reporting, Clunky for Support

We've used Gleap for about six months, and it's a mixed bag. The bug reporting feature is genuinely fantastic. Our users can easily submit screen recordings and annotated screenshots, and the automatic inclusion of console logs saves our developers a huge amount of time. It has definitely streamlined our QA process. The unified inbox, which is supposed to be a key benefit, is our main source of frustration. It gets very cluttered trying to manage bug reports, feature requests, and live chats all in one place. The AI-powered sorting isn't quite smart enough yet, so we spend a lot of time manually triaging conversations. It’s a great idea, but the execution makes our support workflow less efficient, not more.
