Gusto has been a complete big improvement for our small marketing agency. What used to be a multi-hour headache of running payroll is now a 10-minute task, mostly on autopilot. The employee onboarding flow is fantastic; new hires can complete all their paperwork and I-9 verification before their first day, which makes everything so much smoother. The interface is clean and intuitive, and our team loves having easy access to their paystubs and benefits info. My only small wish is for more solid reporting capabilities. The standard reports cover the basics, but I often have to export to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis. Still, for core HR and payroll, it’s unbeatable.
