Streamlined HR for Our Small Team
Gusto has been a huge time-saver for our 15-person agency. Running payroll used to be a multi-hour headache, but now it's a simple 10-minute process. The interface is clean and intuitive, and our employees love the portal for accessing their paystubs and W-2s without having to ask me. Onboarding new hires is also much smoother; all the necessary forms and documents are handled right in the platform. My only small critique is that the reporting features are a bit basic. As we grow, I find myself needing more customizable reports on payroll trends and employee data, which sometimes requires exporting data to a spreadsheet. Overall, though, it's a fantastic tool that lets us focus on our business, not paperwork.
