Finally, an Easy Way to Digitize PDFs
Jotform's Smart PDF Forms has been a big improvement for our client intake process. We had dozens of legacy PDF applications that were a pain to manage. Being able to just upload them and have Jotform convert them into fillable online forms saved us countless hours. All the submissions land neatly in Jotform Tables, and we can still generate the original PDF format for our records, which is important. My only small gripe is that the automatic field detection isn't 100% perfect. I occasionally have to manually adjust a field type or position after the initial import. But it’s a minor fix, and overall, the tool has massively streamlined our workflow. Highly recommended.
