A True All-in-One Platform with a Catch
Lark has genuinely streamlined our team's workflow. We've managed to drop Slack and Asana, consolidating everything into one place. Having our project tasks, team chat, and documentation all interconnected is a big improvement. We run our entire content marketing pipeline here, from brainstorming in Lark Docs to tracking progress on the visual task boards. The integration is smooth. My only small gripe is the mobile app; it feels a bit less responsive and clunky compared to the desktop version, especially when trying to edit complex documents.
