Powerful Core Features, Frustrating User Experience
Property Automate excels at its core function: managing our entire sales lifecycle from a single platform. The real-time inventory and payment tracking for our new developments is fantastic and has eliminated a lot of manual coordination. It truly feels like an ERP for real estate sales, which is what we needed. The user interface is a major drawback. It feels dated, is not intuitive, and the learning curve for our sales team has been incredibly steep. Many of the advanced AI and reporting features we were sold on are buried in complex menus and are difficult to use effectively without extensive training. It's a capable system, but the daily usability holds it back significantly.
