Reviews
A Powerful and Reliable Acrobat Alternative
We moved our legal department over to PDF Studio to cut down on Adobe subscription costs, and it's been a solid performer. I use it daily for redacting sensitive client information, adding password protection, and managing digital signatures on contracts. It handles large, complex documents without the lag I sometimes experienced with other tools. The batch processing feature for applying watermarks or permissions is a huge time-saver. My only minor gripe is the user interface; it feels a bit dated and could be more intuitive. The menus are packed with options, which is great for power users but can be overwhelming at first. Still, for the price and stability, it's an excellent choice.
