A true all-in-one HR & IT platform
We adopted Rippling to replace a handful of separate tools, and the consolidation has been a huge win. The best part is the onboarding workflow. I can provision a new hire's laptop, grant access to apps like Slack and Salesforce, and set up their payroll all in one seamless process. It's saved us hours of manual work for each new employee and ensures nothing gets missed. The employee interface is also clean and easy for our team to use for time-off requests and accessing pay stubs. My only small critique is that the mobile app experience isn't quite as robust as the desktop version. Some admin tasks still require me to log in on my computer. Otherwise, it's been a fantastic move for our company.
