A True All-in-One HR & IT Platform
Rippling has been a big improvement for our 75-person company. Having HR, payroll, benefits, and IT provisioning all in one place is a massive time-saver. Onboarding a new hire is a breeze – with a few clicks, their payroll is set up, benefits are offered, and their laptop and software accounts are provisioned automatically. It's incredibly powerful and has saved my team countless hours. My only minor gripe is with the custom reporting. While the data is all there, building a specific report from scratch can feel a bit clunky and unintuitive. It takes some trial and error to get the exact data view I need. Otherwise, it's a fantastic platform that truly delivers on its all-in-one promise.
