A True Workhorse for Inventory-Heavy Businesses
We've been using Sage 50 for over a year to manage our small manufacturing firm, and it's been incredibly solid. The inventory management is its strongest feature by far — we can track raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods with precision, which was a major pain point with our previous software. The job costing tools are also essential for us to determine the profitability of each production run. It's a comprehensive package. My only minor gripe is that the user interface feels a bit dated and less intuitive than newer cloud-based platforms. It’s not a dealbreaker, but a design refresh would be welcome. For its depth of features, though, it’s excellent.
