Clean Interface, Great for Accountant Collaboration
Xero has been a big improvement for my small agency. The interface is clean and makes daily tasks like bank reconciliation and sending invoices incredibly simple. The best feature for us is the smooth collaboration with our external accountant—they can just log in and get what they need without endless back-and-forth emails. It's saved us so much time. My only small gripe is with the reporting. While the standard reports are useful, I wish there was more flexibility to build custom reports directly within the platform. I often have to export data to a spreadsheet for deeper analysis. Still, for everyday accounting, it's a fantastic, user-friendly tool.
