Crescendo has been a big improvement for our support operations. As a growing SaaS, our engineering team was constantly pulled into complex user tickets. The hybrid AI/human model is brilliant. The AI handles most of our common billing and feature questions instantly, freeing up the human agents for the really tough technical queries. Our first response time has dropped by over 70%, and our internal team can now focus on the core product. It's been incredibly effective. My only small wish is for more customization options in the analytics dashboard; the standard reports are great, but I'd love to build custom views without exporting data. Still, it's an easy 5 stars for the impact it's had.
