Good Concept, But Clunky in Practice
Our team adopted Lark to consolidate our stack, moving away from Slack and Asana. The idea of having chat, docs, and tasks in one place is brilliant, and it works well for simple things. I like being able to link a conversation directly to a task or a wiki page. It definitely reduces app-switching. The project management module itself feels like a compromise. It lacks the power and intuitive feel of dedicated tools. The interface can feel cluttered and slow, especially when you have multiple complex projects running. It’s a classic 'jack of all trades, master of none' situation. We're still using it, but I find myself missing the focused efficiency of our old setup.
