Monday.com has been a game-changer for our marketing team's content calendar. The visual layout makes it incredibly easy to see project status at a glance – who's working on what, what's stuck, and what's coming up next. We rely heavily on the automations to notify stakeholders when a task moves to the next stage, which has saved us countless emails. The custom columns are also a huge plus for tracking specific metrics. My only real gripe is the pricing structure. It gets complicated and expensive quickly as you scale, and the minimum seat requirements on certain plans feel a bit restrictive for smaller, growing teams. Still, for keeping a complex team aligned, it's a powerful tool.
